UAMS Names Department Chair and Program Director, and Assistant Program Director Department of Physician Assistant Studies

The College of Health Professions at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) named  Edward (Will) Williams MPAS, PA-C to the position of Program Director and Department Chair for the Department of Physician Assistant Studies. Professor Williams fills this position after having capably and faithfuly served as Assistant Professor and Clinical Director, and most recently as  Interim Physician Assistant Program Director.

Tiffany Huitt Ph.D has been named Assistant Program Director.  Dr. Huitt has been with the program as an Assistant Professor and Director of Research.   She coordinates and teaches gross anatomy, and physiology as well as other courses.  She is participating in a number of research projects, provides guidance to PA faculty with their research, and leads PA students in their Capstone endeavors.
